Norberto was Angel's younger brother. He died of throat cancer. |

Rosario was
first
son born to James and Marian Santiago-Lloyd.
He died at the age of 3 months of congestive heart failure due to
a chromosome disorder call Tri-somi 18 .... a severe form of Down
syndrome. His disorder was detected before birth. Doctors
recommended that I abort the baby because they felt that the baby
would not survive birth. Knowing this, my husband and I felt adamant
to continue with the pregnancy and leave it in God's hands. We were
blessed with the life of our first son for 3 months. Written by
